The third one
Frustration
So you keep doing stuff and nothing happens... what happens, you get frustrated.
Frustration comes in diffrent shapes and sizes. Sometimes you wont care and let it go, hoping the next day or the next time would be different yeilding better results than what you expected.
But eventually it will get you. Eventually you will have to give into the dark side.
The dark side is ofcourse when things go horribly wrong and when you are irritated to the core. Thats when you take drastic steps to rectify the situation. A very common example of giving into the dark side is when you take on the source of your frustration by targeting anybody but yourself.
The light side - yes there is one- is when you target yourself. It might not be the source but doing this might actually elevate your problem at the cost of ruining your ego and self esteem.
The best thing is to be like me.. dont do anything about it! ( and suffer the consequences of grey hair and suicidal tendencies :) )
So what will you do? Do you have an answer?

First of all,get inured to the causes of frustration. It's always there. But eventually they dont effect you.
Second of all try doing things to vent out ur rage. No,not on other people or Urself.Try Listening to music, play games or watch porn :p.
Venting out rage doesnot solve the problem. you are only trying to distract yourself from the issue at hand. Solving the issue means going to the root of the problem which usually lies within yourself or somebody else. anyways ive also explored the consequences of letting it go in the post( grey hair et al)
Frustration ......
I feel that this one feeling that keeps the fire in ur belly alive....
Wen do u get frustrated ?? Wen u lose . But without losing, life would never be the same...
But it is important to channel ur frustrations in the right direction..
Hi. :-)
Let us try to understand understand this clearly, shall we?
Let us observe two cases:
1... I want something; I tried to get it; I failed; so I am disappointed.
2... Some things, I can never get/change; so I am disappointed.
What is the difference between the two cases?
In the first case, there is still a chance.
Yes, failure has disappointed me, but it has not killed me. Have I taken time to ask "WHY" I failed? Now it boils down to how I handle failure. Please read my response to our blog on "failure". I could whine and cuss, blaming myself and others all my life, but I know better than that. I would be good to myself. I would not put myself in a coffin and nail it shut.
In the second case, there is simply no chance. Accept it!
For instance, I can't become younger by 10 years again!
It is good that I can't, because time has given me experience and maturity, which I am not willing to relinquish.
I have one just one simple prayer for such conditions - "God give me strength to endure that which I cannot change."
